My approach is simple and defined in 3 steps: 

• Explore - we assess the issue (people, process, technology) and derive a realistic "game plan" to address the issue
• Enhance - we then execute the "game plan" (project) and measure the performance to ensure that our objectives are being met and are sustainable
• Evolve - after a certain amount of time has been established, we then allow the solution to develop gradually from its "simplicity" to a point of "complexity"
